Super simple vegan Bolognese is your new go-to for a dreamy, meaty pasta sauce, ideal for a quick school night dinner! This hearty sauce offers all the flavours and texture of beef—but without the meat. It got its Easy Peasy name because it’s loaded with pea protein. That’s right, this Bolognese is vegan. Make room for your new go-to pasta sauce. Customize your way with non-dairy or dairy options. 


Ingredients

Toppings (optional): Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, parmesan

Preparation
  1. In a large Multipurpose Pot, combine mix, crushed tomatoes, water, and creamer. 
  2. Cover; simmer on medium heat for 15 min, stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken near the end of the cook time; stir often to prevent sticking. Season to taste. 
  3. To serve, divide pasta between 8 plates. Spoon sauce on top and add additional toppings, if desired.  
Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 2 cups leafy greens and 1 tbsp Epicure Salad Dressing, your choice.
